Ok, So I received my sidekick 2008 in the mail today and was so excited to use it. I was using it today and texting people and it worked fine. But around 1 hour ago, the phone decided to shut off and not come on. I got a face with the two X's and a sad smile. Then tt turned on fine and then I looked and all my contacts and text messages were deleted. I don't know why? Please help me!
