Sidekick 2008 data registration problems.?

I just got another sidekick 2008. I can't seem to get pass the data registration. I have had one before and it didn't give me any problems registering. Is there anything I can do to help speed up the process? I know I can bypass it, but I would really like to use my internet!! I mean, I am paying for it!
 
Big mistake getting the sidekick, they are nothing but trouble. The internet is always down and all your saved info gets deleted alot to.
