Sidebar Gadget - question (Vista) for upload and download rate....?

hi all......
ive seen screen shots of peoples desktops on the internet or while watching youtube video tutorials and have noticed theres a gadget that monitors your upload and download rate.
anyone know if they're accurate - or which one is best and where i can find it.
