Side view mirror on 1993 Ford Escort LX. Does the glass "snap in" place when installed?

well most have screws inside edge of door or insdie the door to remove mirror and some times you might glue it on have you got a new one yet or called about price of buying one or called any shop to ask how much it cost to replace it but glass never snaps in place sorry
