If you leave more earned money in the hanRAB of the people they spend it. By increasing consumer spending it creates more demand for product. With more demand for product the company will need to hire additional workers and potentially expand.

Basically, when you leave money in the hanRAB of the people they will move it through the system which is necessary for our economy to work.

It did to a point but there was other shit going on at the same time that hindered the growth we needed from it. Basically, it sustained us for a while. If there had been no 9/11 and subsequent wars it more than likely would have created a huge spike.
