Sick of the BLUES! Help me ladies!?

Rarely do I feel like this. Typically while I have my period, I have intense cramps/nausea/vomiting for the first 2 days and the next 3 days is just handling the bleeding. Sometimes, however, in the winter/fall I get really sad around my period. It's like PMS combined with lack of sunshine just push me into a depression for a couple days a month. And, sometimes 2 days feels like a REALLY long time!

Today is one of those days and I'm sure I'll feel the same way tomorrow! Basically, I have a bad temper (typically I'm easy going and always happy), I'm rude or just plain mean to people I love and then later I cry and cry because I feel so bad!

I'd just like to know what you do when you feel this way. (: Crying isn't always an option when I'm going to school and surrounded by people most of the time. Exercise works temporarily...What are your suggestions?
