Rarely do I feel like this. Typically while I have my period, I have intense cramps/nausea/vomiting for the first 2 days and the next 3 days is just handling the bleeding. Sometimes, however, in the winter/fall I get really sad around my period. It's like PMS combined with lack of sunshine just push me into a depression for a couple days a month. And, sometimes 2 days feels like a REALLY long time!
Today is one of those days and I'm sure I'll feel the same way tomorrow! Basically, I have a bad temper (typically I'm easy going and always happy), I'm rude or just plain mean to people I love and then later I cry and cry because I feel so bad!
I'd just like to know what you do when you feel this way.
Crying isn't always an option when I'm going to school and surrounded by people most of the time. Exercise works temporarily...What are your suggestions?
