One of my male mollies has either an ulcer on his face or gill flukes. Pretty sure it's an ulcer. He swims and eats normally, just has a gaping wound on his gill. But then I noticed he's pooping BRIGHT red. None of the other fish are pooping that color. Wait, nope. One other mollie is pooping pink.... but nowhere near the red of my male. Do you think he has internal problems, and what should I do? The tank is lightly salted, and I just did a 20% water change and changed the filter. I keep the temperature at 78. I have 5 mollies in a 10 gallon tank. It's a little crowded (pet store people told me I could have like, ten mollies. I knew that was stretching it! One inch of fish per gallon), but I'm not getting more fish. They're all happy little guys. I previously had a baby net in there, but my babies got their own tank yesterday!
About a week ago I introduced bloodworms into their diet. Could this have anything to do with it? They haven't had any in about 3 days. They also fast one day a week.
Any advice would be appreciated!
