Siborrea Dermatitis -- HELP ME

I am 24 yrs old boy rom india . I am a vegeterian.

I have very high dendruff on my scalp with crusts o skin. Doctor told me that this is SIBBOREA DERMATITIS. He advised me to wash my hair with a certain shampoo "SEBOWASH" twicce a week. But It is still of no use .


There are red patches (deep) may be due to scrubbing with COrab.

They are very itchy.

Then I washed my hair by applying OIL of coconut for 1 hr. After that it gave me some releif.

HOW TO CURE THIS SIBOREA DERMATITIS ,. PLEASE HELP ME
 
There really isn't a cure. Sometimes Cortizone cream helps some.

Shampoos with Coal Tar are often recommended, as are those with Pyrithic Zinc.
 
Selsun shampoo (selenium sulphide) is very good.... use it every second day, leave it on for 10 minutes, then rinse.
