Siatica

I think I have it.
Symptoms are mostly mornings, pain all down one side of right leg, its so painfull! also get it some afternoons only when walking the dogs tho, anyone know if thats what it is?
Thanks.

It may be, it normally goes down the outside of the leg to the foot. It is caused by a pinched nerve and can be relieved many times with one or 2 of these treatments combined, chiro., physical therapy, rest, ice packs, anti inflammatory meds.

It could be the sciatic nerve. It is such a painful thing. I had it once on the left side and I thought it would NEVER go away! It just lasted for months! Towards the end before it finally started dissipating somewhat, what I was doing for it was taking pain pills a few times a day (tylenol, aspirin) to ease the pain and when it was eased I would do stretches and tried my best to keep moving.
The best thing for me to do for it was to keep on moving around and get exercise.

It was just an awful experience. Pure misery. I understand the pain. It hurt to sit, walk, lay, sleep, couldn't sit on the toilet (gasp), step in the tub, just everything. But it does go away. Exercise is the key. Especially doing stretches for it.

Do not exclude the possibility that you might have a blood clot in the left leg. I wouldn't
rest easy on the theory that is just a pinched nerve. Check it out!

Blood clot symptoms are an area of pain, swelling, redness, feeling of warmth or it's hot, painfull to the touch. And yes if you have this, get to a doctor.
