Shows that could use a comedy shorts segment

What animes that don't have one, could use a comedy segment short? For example, something like Shinigami Golden Cup.

I think one show that you have to start with:

Pokemon - they got the type of goofy characters that could carry these types of segments. It would be fun to see things like how Team Rocket gets their expense weapons.
 
I would actually like seeing chibi death note funny manga/anime style segments at the end of each episode and of course the segments have to break some 4th wall somewhere
