We have to shower in gym class every day...which is awkward enough without our teacher watching us. She says she is making sure we are actually showering...yeah right. But whatever. The problem is is that I have my period...and I don't use tampons...only pads. I really have a problem with showering in front of a bunch of other people naked when I'm on my period, because it is really heavy and everyone will know! Is there a way I can get out of showering during this time at school???? What do I say to my teacher?????
