You seem to have a lot hate and discontent by the way haha. I've never been big into the biker group/club things. I like to do my own thing or ride with my buddies instead of the "groups."

I mean the occasional friend or two occasional ride, not the "we're meeting up ever saturday at your mom's house at 10 am to ride with all 10 of us" type of group.

part of the training I gave my kids when I tot them to ride street bikes was me, with ALL my gear on, and them riding me around town. After a few times, and them getting some confedence, I would tell them "Im going to shift my wate." Giving them a heads up of me being a bad passenger. Wow that helped them be better riders. Now, they can tell there passenger if they are doing somthing wrong to stop it.
Get one of you buds to do that for you. The more leather they have one, the less you will be afraid they will get hurt in a tip over.

Especially big groups of people who all think they are AMA riders or stunters. That's what we have a lot of in Hawaii when I was out there. That's why there was always someone dead or hurt every weekend. Anne might agree with me there.
 
I think I'd kind of split the difference between Kami and Quacker's ideal. I'd like to have a girlfriend who rides, but not with me. Riding is just a very private thing with me for the most part, I don't want to be chastised or have to worry about anyone else if I have a moment where I decide to ride like a retard. I'm also fortunate enough to live in a mostly uninhabited area so I don't have to worry about other vehicles and riding with someone would diminish that a bit. Ideally I'd call her (whoever it is that week LOL) and we'd pick some destination, each ride there and then hang out and talk bikes there. Even the one person I do ride with now I only do so a few times a year and it's more that we both just need to get out and ride rather than it's a group thing if that makes any sense.
 
Oh boy....you have left so many openings here....I am tempted....but....I won't....I let it slip this time....I am off for the weekend....
