Shouldnt we throw out the Entire Congress this Election because of this Iraq War?

Blaming Bush is an oversimplification of the problem If Bush lied to get us into this war, these Congressman had to be plenty feeble minded to let a Bush and his co horts pull this sort of a hoax on them Democrats included as well as Republicans.

Shouldnt we reward every last one of these Congressman by voting such incompetent people fooled by Bush right out of office and install some smarter people?
