Shouldn't the boy who had sex with the female teacher be punished too?

6 TIMES! I am SURE the boy was more than willing to have sex with his teacher?
For threatening the teacher?

And also, the boy HAD SEX WITH HER 6 TIMES. I mean, this boy has a brain, and had free will, whether to have sex or not. How can the blame be entirely on the female teacher???

I don't get it.
