i think making it a law is unnecessary because this deals more with people's personal lives
 
Personally I think anyone who test positive for HIV or Herpes should be given a tattoo on their pelvic area to warn others.
 
sounds good that way all of these black hoodlums,thugs,pimps,drug dealers,felons or gangsters,whores,addicts,and killers could pair up with one another and have a good ole aids swapping time
