Shouldnt all the speakers work?

Ok, I recently installed a CD player in a 95 4runner. I bought the radio harness at walmart (the one for basically all toyotas) and I wired it up correctly, but for whatever reason the door speakers dont work? When I installed the radio, there was the radio plug that was left unplugged as this harness didnt connect with those, it only connected with the factory amp. Did I miss something here? I have seen another harness for the car but I am not sure if this was needed and I just used the regular harness. Was using the regular harness keeping the doors from playing? Do I need this other harness also? If so, then I am going to kick myself because it was a PITA to get the dash apart.

What size speakers are the doors and other speakers btw?
