shoulder swelling much pain

dr left message re: mri results of my right shoulder. mess stated i have a bulging disc and referred pain management?????? now is there a disc in the shoulder or is the in the spine somewhere affecting the shoulder? i obviously have a problem here noone tells ya nothin at bedford hosp and i have bluecorss blue shield which is great but drs???? no good i know nothing more now than before the 22 week aWAITED APPT PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM TO POSSIBLY EXPECT TO ASK AS I RETURN TO ANOTHER DR/ HOSP THAT WILL HAVE A POSSIBLE PROPER DIAGNOSIS N WHAT POSS PROGNOSOS CAN BE FOR MY ISSUE THANK YOU
