So for about 7 years now, my shoulder has been making popping and clicking sounds. I think it happened when I started playing sports. It was kind of annoying but it didn't hurt. It also affects my neck because I feel some strain on the right side of it, which is the side my shoulder clicks and pops. Just recently I was stretching my arm and I guess something happened. Now every time I bend down to pick something up, lay down in bed, it hurts and it hurts REALLY bad when I sneeze for some odd reason. I've been to the doctor and he says it's normal and to put ice on it. I don't think ice will cure 7+ years of shoulder popping. Please help! Thank you!
