kids? hi-

we're visiting London in August. i've got 2 interested kids 6-9 - who love WWII history. I wanted to go to the Imperial War Museum and possibly Churchill's War time Experience. Good Idea?

Any particular parts of either that you'd recommend? Other excellent WWII museums or sights in London?

The Imperial War Museum is a favourite of mine (and my kids).

HMS Belfast is worth a look, also if you can make the journey, The Royal Air force museum is great too (Hendon). It's part of the IWM.

All the IWM stuff is free, except Duxford. I'm not sure about HMS Belfast nowadays though.
