In Arizona, a couple is suing Walmart for turning their family photos of their own naked children over to the police, resulting in the children being taken away for a few weeks until a judge ruled that the pictures were innocent bath pictures of babies and toddlers.
Was Walmart wrong for not posting a warning that explicit photos would be turned over to police at Walmart's discretion? Or should the parents have simply known better?
