Should voters be drug tested?

Are you an alcholic or do you use drugs (prescription or not)? Do you think or feel it affects your judgment? Do you think that you may see things differently without the alcohol and drugs? Are people who take mind altering substances (prescription included..If you take xanax for anxiety this included) to be trusted when it comes to running a country or voting?
It doesn't take much to see the answer is "yes" for some of you.
I'm excluding marijuana because the adverse effects don't cause death, psychosis, insanity, suicide or paranoid schizophrenia.
 
well I dont know about "drugs" but marijuana promotes an open mind and that is something the government fears most. Therefore, I can see why they wouldn't want pot heads voting.
