Now before everyone thinks, "What?!", I'm talking about children/adults who "cannot" learn, such as those with cerebral palsy. It's a touchy subject and so forgive me if i don't phrase it correctly...I'm writing a persuasive essay and i'm not necessarily asking for help, but for opinions and thoughts on it. (if i'm wrong in any of this, correct me, please!)
When all the hours of work and time have gone into these students and there are no results produced, should there still be programs used and time spent to educate?
