Yes. Of course there should be, but they should also report news instead of revisiting the same topics every hour and then twisting the facts with opinion. There's way too much that goes unreported or under reported in favor of ratings, political, marketing, and budget decisions. I'm surprised and dissapointed that so many of the "yes" answerers here haven't made that criticism. Our news agencies fail us consistently and we walk away feeling "informed". I don't think us, the customer, demand enough of them.
