Unlike Toyota, which as extensive infrastructure in America, BMW doesn't. Also, BMW isn't that popular in America and it's more focused on its European markets.
BMW doesn't have the necessary infrastructures in America to support Chrysler, unlike Toyota, which could.
 
The GM is bankrupt that is what they get for making death traps. I hate cheap crappy American cars, the only American car i would ever get is the new Cadillac cts. Ps most Americans would prefer a bmw if they can afford it.
