Russia designed one called the Tsar Bomba but reduced it's capacity by about half when they tested it. That's because the fallout from this sucker is incredible. If you detonate a handful of them, you could probably cause worldwide nuclear winter.
But this is something, in my opinion, that America needs, esp. to protect ourselves from Iran, North Korea, and Canada.
