Should the Supreme court have the power to overturn unconstitutional federal laws?

Yes, but only if they are ACTUALLY unconstitutional.

The liberal Supreme Court judges don't hide the fact that they are activists. They could care less what the Constitution says.

We should have cameras in the court room so the people can see exactly what they are doing.
 
Yes. It's part of the checks & balances to prevent Congress or the Presidency from usurping too much power.
 
Yes, as long as their actually following the constitution and not their own beliefs.
 
Yes. And that is the only job of the US supreme court. They are supposed to rule decisions by how the case or law applies to the US constitution. Anything outside of that job is not within their power. This is 3rd grade civics.
