i know it sounds too much but really with the amount of players on a team, its difficult to get everyone into one game and their playing time is very limited. i say having a 3 game series going 7 innings would be better. i wouldnt mind this replacing the homerun derby, etc.
i just threw it out there because i feel bad for the guys who never to play tonight especially figgins who just joined the team today and sat on the bench.
i wouldnt mine playing 9 but it would seem too much. a game like this can go 7 because its an exhibition game anyway.
