...preventing a fair trial? I don't know of another criminal case in which not only prosecutors but Obama, Biden and high-ranking administration officials are declaring the defendants' guilt and saying that they will never go free.
Is the administration's actions improper? Wouldn't that taint any criminal prosecution?
Does this demonstrate that even the administration doesn't believe this is a proper criminal case? Or are they just confused?
