This Mixon nut killed three Oakland officers and left another brain dead. He is described as very violent with an extensive criminial history. To me it seems very risky that he was ever released on parol.
I think the judge should be charged in this case for manslaughter for the danger he did to society resulting in this tragedy and should be held liable to these officers' families. Should the judge that released him be held liable for the deaths since he was a known danger to society?
