I am not saying pass any laws against freedom of speach or anything like that. It is like someone that buys a suv and the complains about gas prices lol

As you say, it's a free country. People can complain about anything and everything if they so desire in the USA. That's not necessarily true in other countries (Iran and China spring to mind).

As far as the suv and gas price thing goes, people have to live with the consequences of their decisions. If you can't afford the gas, don't buy an suv. If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.
