Most physiologist say sexuality is something that develops differently a punish these people for being a pedo is like punishing a gay its how they are but we all agree these people cant be running around in the street and i would approval 6 month concealing for victims so they have a lower chance of repeat what do you think?

And offenders should be punished instead of 40 years jail time 5-40 years mental hospital with strict probation after word
 
There's a big difference between a pedophile and a homosexual. A homosexual has consenting sex with another adult. A pedophile rapes children. The two are very different.

They deserve to be skinned alive and shot. They're a danger to the world, and they don't stop. Putting them in jail for 6 months isn't going to help. Putting them on probation doesn't stop them from doing it again. They have sick urges that will overpower the fear of the consequences.

Are you retarded? Do you really think pedophiles are innocent? They are sick and disgusting, and they should be tortured and die a slow, painful death. Strict probation will not help. They do not get cured, and that's been proven. The majority of released offenders do it again. Kill them before they do it again.
 
Pedophiles should be castrated.

Any mental hospital/psychologist will tell you there's no effective treatment of pedophilia. Locking them up for as long as possible seems to be the most effective method of dealing w/ them.

I say remove their genitalia...it'll greatly reduce the probability of them committing further sex crimes against young children.
 
They CAN control their urges - they CHOOSE not to.

A mental hospital will not change their URGES - they are hardcoded for life!


Your argument is so lame it could be applied to all rapists too!

Summary: If people can't control their sexual urges to the point where they victimize other people they get thrown in prison for a long time to keep them away from society.
