Thanks to the power given to the president under Republican rule and by George Bush Obama has the option to take and prosecute, or hold indefinitely, the people who are taking part in acts of domestic terrorism against Democrats, i.e. sending white powder to Anthony Weiner, cutting gas lines on houses, sending death threats to people's offices. If caught should Obama just give these people military commissions instead of trials in public courts since they are acting against the well-being of the nation while taking part in domestic terrorism?
