2 years ago my dad and i got into a argument and i said to him F*** you and he yelled at me and slapped me and i said it to him again and he punched me in the face. So after he left my bedroom i ran into the bathroom down the hall and called my biological mom and told her my story and for her to call the cops. I wasnt supposed to have my phone over there(im not sure why) so when i left the bathroom i heard my dad call out to me and say i just called the police and there on there way. 5 minutes later my biological mom came to my dads house and was sticking up for me and saw my eye which was turning black and swollen and 10 minutes later my step mom came home and started to yell at me. Eventually the cops showed up and saw my eye and put my dad in handcuffs and put him in the cop car and my step mom told the cops that she was there and saw me beating up on my dad and i was attacking him!!!! so she lied to them she was never even there!!!! and one of the 2 cops told my biological mom that its his word against mine and if we went to court about it and lost that i would be in jouvy(kids jail) so my biological mom said no were not gonna sue and thats pretty much it....this was 2 years ago when i was 13..i am now 15 and after that i wanted to live with my mom but the police said no that i have to live with my dad ;( and that my little brother had to stay there to. ;( so what do you all think should of happend to my dad and step mom?
