profiting from luxury tax? So the Marlins just got busted for concealing profits to avoid paying for their new stadium. This is atrocious in my opinion. How could they do that to the fans and residents of Florida? I also believe that this is further proof that baseball does not require a salary cap and that MLB just needs to regulate the funds that low-income teams recieve from big money makers like the Yankees and Phillies from luxury tax. I believe that they are recieve millions of dollars and rather than using that money to improve their team and get free agents they are keeping the funds for profit. Agree? Disagree?
