I presume that you think that you are a tower of Christian morals.
If so, you cannot look down on other less fortunate than you.
If not, what a hypocritical idiot you are!
 
A) The poor pay a higher tax rate already, that is what taxes are for, to make and keep people poor.
B) Police costs as a percentage of your local government budget are not predominant, and included in the small slice of your local budget is ONLY, as you say, a slightly higher use among the poor, not a huge disparity, just higher.
C) Locally, I would assert your budget is weighted to government providing first, travel, education, and then other services. Since these, and police/fire/EMS serve an entire population, their benefits are weighted to the white race more than any other race in the US.

Lastly, since we are correcting budgets along racial lines, lets cut Social Security costs for Black Men!!!
Black men pay throughout their employment lives, and only have a US life expectancy of 69.8 years which means they can ONLY receive an average of SS benefit of 58 months total, after a lifetime of work. From 18 to 65 that is 494 months' contributions for 58 months returns.
I conclude that black men should be rescinding their SS numbers, and contributions in droves, when measured using your standard.
 
Yeah if the cops actually do their job. Why do you think there's so much crime? If the cops really get off their a$$, they would walk the street rather then sit in their car hoping not to get any calls on the radio.

In the argument of transportation, you can have cops on standby in the patrol while some walk the streets. Cops are just over paid unions. They only put on a show and do the bear minimum.
