Should men and women have a pre-sex contract?

First off, I want kids and this doesn't apply to me at all. I'm merely curious.

Should men and women have a pre-sex contract? For example - What if a man tells a woman he absolutely does not want kids, no matter what and they both agree. She says she's on birth control she cannot get pregnant so it doesn't matter anyway. They have sex and it turns out she lied and wasn't actually on birth control, and ultimately becomes pregnant and decides to keep the baby.

So morally, should she have the right to expect child support? Even though it was agreed before intercourse/the relationship that he especially never wanted children? Should pre-sex contracts exist?

Also - (while researching, I found this little tidbit to add in) should he have the right to sue her for fraud?

What do you think?
