I came here to get yer opinion...
should i swap my Palm Treo 700wx for an instinct?? I posted this in the instinct forum too, but they might be biased, but i'm hoping for some honest input....

does everything cricket work on an instinct?? I have the $50 plan...
 
I definately would not trade, unless you just want something lighter and less bulky. The 700wx in my opinion is a much better phone.
 
Berry put it the best and I have done quite a few Instincts. They are nothing more than a touch screen razor. MMS will not work on the Instinct. Internet does though. You already have a fully functional phone, don't downgrade unless the other guy is willing to give you $200 and the instinct for the palm.

Just my opinion though.
 
one of my co-workers had one of the non-flashed Instincts. She absolutely loved the phone at first, but after about a month or so she started having massive problems with it. From everywhere to it locking up, to not even wanting to turn on.
While I know that you can't base an opinion of a phone based just off of one person's experience, I have read around, and there are definitely customers who have issues with this phone.

If you're still wanting to upgrade to another phone, you could tell us what kind of uses and things that you are wanting for a mobile device, and we could give you some recommendations ;)
