D Dude New member Jan 27, 2011 #1 Well i had surgery 7 months ago i had my appendix removed. i herd the surgeon that gave me the surgery i retiring. So i want to send him a thank you letter. How should i write the letter? P.S Im a dude lol .And the doctor was really nice.
