Should I watch Samurai X: Reflection after watching the normal Rurouni Kenshin episodes?

So I already watched all the episodes of Samurai X: Trust & Betrayal. I was told to because it actually takes place of the very beginning of what it started. I heard the actual story episodes go like this:

Samurai X: Trust & Betrayal
then...
Rurouni Kenshin
then...
Samurai X: Reflection

Can someone tell me the correct time line of all the series? I understand the time line of when it was made, I want to understand the time line of the actual events Rurouni Kenshin had.
