Should I wait to buy a new cellphone?

I don't have a digital camera or camcorder. I was thinking of buying a high end cellphone like the Nokia N97, or Omnia HD. Since they both have high end camera and video recording capabilities. So, they could provide me with a new phone, camera, and digital cam corder. I have about $700 to spend if I have to on a new phone.

So what I'm asking is, are there any phones that are currently on the market right now that are high end camera/cam corders right now? Or should I wait for the ones that are coming soon.
 
im not really sure.. But if I were you, I would just wait, that way when a newer one comes, I can get it and it would be better than one that you can get now.
