should I use sunscreen? I'm trying to get a tan outdoors?

If you're really pale, all you'll get is a nice burn.
You should put sunscreen on, it doesn't stop you from tanning, it stops you from burning.
If you're really serious about getting a real tan, there are some oils, and sunscreens that help you tan better, AND keep you from burning. But watch out, these days, it can be pretty expensive.
I think you should stick to sunscreen, and just lie in the sun all day!

I wouldn't recommend tanning outdoors. I'm a golfer and I see the sun every day.
I make sure I put on sunscreen because I was diagnosed with skin cancer not long ago.
So instead of tanning outside, I switched to spray tans. If you want one now, it's easy and PAIN Free!
Take care of your skin because skin cancer is painful.
I use the new Loreal 360 tanning spray. I've also heard the new tanning towelettes work really good! Hope this helps and please take care of your skin!

Maybe just a little sunscreen. Also don't take tan long at a time, because you will overburn and it will hurt like hell and all peel off and all your work will be for nothing. What really helps to tan faster is too put water on yourself. The sun soaks up the water and you tan faster. Do you have a pool? If so, then just wet your body, get out and when you are dry again, wet yourself again. This really works, I do it all the time.

yeah everyone suppose always where sunscreen to tell you truth like everyday, especially if you want a Tan from the blazing Hot SUN .So if you don't there are chances of skin issue's like example peeling and irritation or worse SKIN CANCER that's if you stay Too long in the sun trust me on this
