Should I use a credit card to pay off the remaining part of my college tuition?

I'm a sophomore in college and I have no credit history. I currently owe 700 dollars for the first semester of this school year. I applied for financial aid and that covered most of the tuition. I also received a 1000 grant from my school. However I am still 700 dollars short. I have tried using both of my parents to co-sign a private loan through Wells fargo and through the SELF loan but the both were denied on account of their poor credit history. Is using a credit card to pay off my tuition all that I can do to stay in school? Please help
