I purchased a Felt Z70 two years ago I was wondering if it is worth it to go ahead and upgrade the components on it or would my money be better spent on buying a new bike?
You are at a level of bike where upgrades make very little difference and a new bike wont do much either. The best thing you can do is get more training.
