I'm 13 (going into eighth grade next year), female, and I don't have any experience with soccer. But for some reason I want to try it. So...do you just kick the ball into the other teams' net without touching the ball with your hands? If there's any other rules, tell me. Also, would it be stupid to try out? My mom said she tried out once when she was about 11 and she couldn't compete with everyone else because they've been playing all their lives...
