My boyfriend is graduating from basic training at Fort Jackson. His family will not be there because they live across the country and well I live in Ohio. Fort Jackson is 8 hours away if I drive...but I never drove 8 hours ALONE before and I'm scared I'll get lost or get mugged. (I'm 20 years old btw)
Flying by plane is nice, but it's about $450!! Also not to mention taxi fares since I can't rent a car...even if I did it's super expensive. But I'm not scared to fly alone.
