(Apologies in advance for the rant that is to ensue)
I've owned my Wii for a while now, since around April last year and I have to say I'm quite bored with it now, it's been sitting there doing nothing for a couple of months now and I've only just began to realise that no more good games are going to come out for a loooooooong time, so i just play games on my PC. I own the following games for my Wii: Wii Sports (of course), Wii Play, Super Mario Galaxy, Zelda Twilight Princess, Mario Kart Wii, Smash Bros. Brawl, Super Paper Mario and No More Heroes. I have completed them all and the only one i really want to finish again is Zelda and even then im not overly fussed. And any time any of my friends come over, none of us are interested in really playing Brawl or Mario Kart, so the Wii doesn't get touched. Yes, the novelty of the Wii has worn off, and nothing is out, or coming out to get me interested again. Which brings me to my point of wanting to trade it in for either a PS3 or an XBOX 360. I am leaning towards a 360 even though im not the biggest XBOX fan in the world, but im starting to be converted. It has some phenomenal games on it and I can already count at least 10 games I want straight away and thats just from the top of my head. It has superior online capabilities, XBOX Live seems to be great (aside from all the angry 12 year olds lol). And the red ring of doom issue appears to be sorted out with newer models. The reason I'm not leaning towards a PS3 is because it doesnt seem to have anywhere as many good games. So my question is this: should i trade in my Wii? Thanks
