if you have waited long enough for a test to come up positive then its too late for the morning after pill. its called a morning after pill for a reason.

Take the morning after pill for sure unless you are ready to be pregnant. The morning after pill dramatically lowers your chances of being pregnant, there is no reason for you to wait for a pregnancy test.
