That could prevent you from getting pregnant again. But taking plan B so short after a miscarriage might cause your body a lot of harm. I think it is best to speak to your dr about this.
if it was 10 days ago, then no your way to late to take plan b. You have to take it withing 72 hours of having sex and so soon after a miscarriage i would talk to your doctor before taking anything
ive heard its harder to get pregnant after a miscarriage. and your cervix and uterus will have to recover from the miscarriage for like 3 months I believe.
