Should I take muscle supplements even though I am enlisting into the Army?

I am enlisting into the Army in 6 months. I want to become one of the best and become an Army Ranger. The problem is, I'm athletic, but I'm small, roughly 135 pounds.

I've been eating more, drinking whey protein, running only 3x a week, and weight lifting 3-4x a week, with 2-3 days off a week for the last couple of months. I have seen some results but nothing worthy and it took some time to achieve those results but I only have 6 months to earn the body I need to become one of the best.

I need to become bigger and stronger. A friend recommended "Force Factor" and it seems genuine. The problem is, once I enlist, obviously I won't be able to take it with me.

So, lets say I gain 25-35 pounds in the next 6 months and I gain a strong enough body to qualify for the Army Rangers, then I enlist and stop taking "Force Factor," will my body steadily decline in it's performance and revert back to what it is now, with a few perks here and there or will the Army lifestyle become my 'Force Factor' and my body will relatively stay the same?
